Dr. Chow Chi Wai (周志偉), aged 62, is an executive Director, the Chairman and the Chief Operating Officer of our Group. Dr. CW Chow joined our Group in May 2017 as the Chief Operating Officer. He was appointed as a Director in January 2021, and was re-designated as an executive Director in May 2021. He is responsible for formulating business strategies and overseeing the operations and business development of our Group. Dr. CW Chow is currently also the head of LSDA and a general director and the chairman of the board of directors of Leading Star.
Mr. Dinh Hung Phong, aged 54, is the founder, an executive Director and the Chief Executive Officer of our Group. Mr. Phong founded our Group in November 2015 and has served as the Chief Executive Officer since then. He was appointed as a Director in January 2021, and was re-designated as an executive Director in May 2021. He is responsible for implementing business strategies and overseeing the overall development and execution, human resources and regulatory compliance of our Group. Mr. Phong is currently also a director of Leading Star and a general director of Lucky Star.
Dr. Chan Kwong Fai (陳光輝), aged 74, is an independent non-executive Director. Dr. Chan Kwong Fai has been appointed as the chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
Dr. Charm Ka Ieong (湛家揚), aged 57, is an independent non-executive Director. Dr. Charm Ka Ieong has been appointed as the chairman of the Nomination Committee.
Ms. Chan Yuen Sau Kelly (陳遠秀), aged 50, is an independent non-executive Director. Ms. Chan Yuen Sau Kelly has been appointed as the chairman of the Audit Committee.
